Jean Duff works for full engagement of the positive power of local faith actors for the common good. Serves as an advisor to faith groups, governmental and private organizations seeking to enhance global and local faith engagement on community development and humanitarian issues. Recent focal areas: Gender, Climate Change, WASH, and Migration. Co-moderated the working groups on Partnership (2022) and Gender Equality (2021) for the 17 Rooms project. Senior Advisor: September, 2022 Women Religion and Climate gathering, and March, 2022 Women Leading Change Conference focusing on advancing gender equality in faith contexts.
Senior Advisor: A World of Neighbours, an EU interreligious peer to peer support network for migration practitioners. 2012-2020 she led the Joint Learning Initiative on Faith and Local Communities. 2005-2008 Managing Director Center for Global Justice and Reconciliation at Washington National Cathedral. 2008-2011 CEO, Center for Interfaith Action.
